TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Here at BUG we don’t like rules much but realize they are necessary in order to avoid miscommunication and ensure a high quality level of service. These are the terms and conditions for Blosser Urban Garden’s CSA Service. Sign up if you agree and accept the following:

  1. Blosser Urban Garden will deliver fresh organic fruits and vegetables to your home or office pursuant to the delivery schedule for your area.

  2. If you want to place your account on hold or modify your share for that day you must log onto your Farmigo account by noon on the Sunday before your scheduled delivery day. 

  3. If you do not place the hold on your order or modify your share before noon on Sunday, you will be charged for the order delivered.

  4. If for some reason you are having trouble modifying your account via Farmigo or need us to reset your password, please e-mail us at anna@blosserurbangarden.com so we can troubleshoot the issue or reset your password.

  5. When signing up you will have the option to choose a “weekly” or “bi-weekly” delivery option. If you need to make a change to your option please log in to your account to change it. Please refer to #4 above for any issues with logging into your account.

  6. The bag in which you receive your veggies must be returned. You can leave it outside on the day of delivery for us to take it. Otherwise you may be charged a fee of $1.00 per bag. You may also drop your bag off at the garden, but please e-mail anna@blosserurbangarden.com so we can plan ahead.

 

Payments

 

  • Payments will automatically be billed to your credit card unless other arrangements are made. You will be billed the day of your delivery.

  • If your check or credit card payment is declined or returned due to insufficient funds, you will be charged a fee of $10.00.

  • If we do not receive payment for two deliveries we will hold your future deliveries until payment is made.

  • If you need to update your payment information the below are the steps you need to take in order to do so: (Note: Please keep in mind that the address your bank has on file must match the address you input when you update your payment information)

Refund Policy

Blosser Urban Garden guarantees quality produce and quality service! BUG offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the quality of our products and the accurate packing of your delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your products, or find an item missing from your order, we will gladly make it up to you in your next delivery with the same item or an item of similar value. All subscriptions and orders are 100% refundable if cancellation is confirmed at least 24 hours prior to delivery. All cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to delivery will not be refunded and will be donated to the local food bank. 

Privacy Policy - We do not sell, rent or give our email list, customer list or any personal or financial information to anyone. EVER!

Fulfilment Policy- All orders will be delivered between 2 pm and 6 pm on your respective drop off day. Please note that delivery times may vary due to increased demand. Please contact us if your delivery has not arrived by 7 PM on your assigned delivery day so we can resolve the issue and get you your produce or issue a refund.

Forms of Payment- The most convenient and efficient way to pay for your CSA box is to enter your credit card information during the sign up process or by logging on to your farmigo account to enter your credit card information. Select the pay-as-you-go option to charge your card automatically the night of your delivery.  We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept cash or check payment which should be left at the door prior to your delivery.
